GET /football/competitions/{competition_id}/seasons/{season_id}/groups - The Stats API

List the group labels available for a competition season.

Endpoint

GET https://api.thestatsapi.com/api/football/competitions/{competition_id}/seasons/{season_id}/groups

Returns the groups present in the given competition and season pair, sorted A to L. This applies to competitions whose group stage is split across separate tournament rows, such as the FIFA World Cup, EURO, AFCON, and pre-2024 UEFA Champions League group stage. Competitions without groups return an empty array.
