- Click Share to copy a text summary of your bracket. Your picks save automatically to your browser.
Worked example
Say you predict Brazil to win Group G, with Germany finishing 2nd. Click 1st next to Brazil and 2nd next to Germany. Both teams now advance to the Round of 32.
Repeat for all 12 groups. With 24 qualified teams visible, pick the trophy lifter - Brazil, Argentina, France, England, etc.
A typical pre-tournament favourite bracket might have France, Brazil, Argentina, England, and Spain all reaching the semi-finals, with Argentina defending the title.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does the World Cup 2026 bracket work?
48 teams in 12 groups of 4. Top 2 from each group plus the 8 best third-placed teams advance to the new Round of 32. Then R32 → R16 → QF → SF → 3rd place + Final.
Are my bracket picks saved?
Yes - everything is stored in your browser's localStorage. Refresh the page and your picks stay. Nothing is sent to a server.
Can I share my bracket?
Click Share to copy a text summary you can paste into Twitter, WhatsApp, or anywhere else. The link also lets friends visit the tool.
How is this different from FIFA's official bracket?
FIFA's bracket is the official tournament structure. This is a personal prediction tool - your picks are not submitted anywhere, they're for your own use and to share with friends.
Can I track my bracket against the real results?
Not yet - this is a static prediction tool. We may add a live scoring mode once the tournament starts. For now, save your picks and check back during the tournament.
Why are some teams listed twice in the champion picker?
They're not - each team appears once. You're picking from the pool of 24 group qualifiers (12 winners + 12 runners-up). Total unique teams = 24.
